CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced  that  SB 6-MOBILE  HOME PARK  EVICTION                                                        
NOTICE, sponsored  by Senator  Ellis, was  before the committee  and                                                        
explained  that  SB  6  stems  from  a  problem   that  occurred  in                                                            
Anchorage.  SB 6 has a zero fiscal note.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  moved to calendar  SB 6.   There being no  objection,                                                            
the motion carried.
